First, we’ll make your mouth water by telling you how to brew really good beer. Our beer pros explain the different varieties, how to recognize them, what sets them apart, and how they are brewed.
You’ll take a look behind the scenes at the fermentation vats, the storage tanks in the vaulted cellar, or the brewhouse system. By the end, you’ll be thinking: “Oh man, when do I finally get one?” And then the time has already come for our service team to gradually bring you 4-5 small beer samples for tasting. You’ll learn from the pros how to drink it properly and which food might pair well with it.
From 3 PM, an exclusive area in the middle of the brewery courtyard is available for you. Following your beer seminar, feel free to stay together and let the day wind down with a delicious brewhouse dinner.
