IBIS and LUPUS are produced using the London Dry Method in our small copper still – the most elaborate, noble process for qualitatively outstanding gins. Maceration and multiple distillations in the spirit basket create a distillate that is clean, aromatic, and pleasantly dry – without sugar, without artificial flavors, without compromise.
