Alla Hopf Irish Black is our look beyond the usual – an Irish stout we brewed with lots of love, deep malt character, and a pleasantly dry finish. Black, bold, and surprisingly light at the same time: a beer that takes you straight to an Irish pub from the very first sip.

On the palate, the Irish Black is malty, subtly roasty, and deliberately dry, giving the hops room without pushing them to the front. A craft beer with character, depth, and an Irish soul – brewed at Woinemer Hausbrauerei.
