Maximus is our Weizenbock from the ALLA HOPF craft beer range – strong in name, surprisingly delicate in taste. From the first sip, a fruity wheat aroma unfolds, immediately reminiscent of ripe banana, accompanied by fresh citrus notes that give the beer a light, lively freshness.
On the palate, Maximus is soft and creamy before finishing with a spicy-bitter note that balances it beautifully. A Weizenbock that combines strength and finesse.
