The Badisch Pilsener isn't just any pilsner – it's the first beer in our ALLA HOPF craft beer series and the "ancestor" of all our hoppy experiments. A classic, naturally cloudy pilsner that's ready for you year-round, showing with every sip how well tradition and craft go together.
In the glass, a true original pilsner with character awaits: the rarely used decoction mashing process gives the beer a fuller, bolder spice than conventional pilsners. The taste is bitter, dry, and elegantly hoppy – with a finish that lingers long and pleasantly.
