The Alla Hopf Abbey Ale is a beer that perfectly combines tradition and a spirit of experimentation. Aromatic hops from New Zealand bring a fresh, fruity note to your glass, reminiscent of local gooseberries – sweet-sour, slightly tart, and wonderfully suited to the rich malt base of this special ale.

The Belgian abbey malts distinctly shape this beer: full-bodied, warm, with a pronounced malt note and subtle hints of honey. A malt you’ll taste and feel – intense, round, and with true depth.

Top-fermented with American ale yeast, which further highlights the fruity elements and harmoniously combines them with the hops. This creates an ale that lives up to its name: mysterious, fruity, spicy, and surprisingly balanced.
