With Woinemer ORIGIN LUPUS, we deliberately created a counterpoint – a gin that’s refined, fruity, and exceptionally smooth. Juniper is noticeable, but only as an elegant reminder. Center stage goes to local damson plums and plums, giving the gin its own natural warmth.

Production – London Dry at the highest level

LUPUS is distilled using the most elaborate and finest method: as a true London Dry Gin. The juniper berries macerate only very briefly so they don’t dominate – and the fruit is distilled directly in the macerate. The result is a clean, precise, and surprisingly smooth gin.

A subtle play of aromas welcomes you: delicate juniper notes, accompanied by the fruity accents of damson plum and plum. On the palate, LUPUS stays clear, smooth, and harmonious – a gin that doesn’t push itself forward, but wraps you in subtle, warm aromas.
