Brauhaus Rosemary Tonic Water

A tonic for every ORIGIN – and this one belongs to IBIS

For our two ORIGIN gins, we wanted tonics that didn’t just “kind of fit,” but were precisely tailored to their flavor profiles. Since we couldn’t find anything on the market that met this standard, we developed two recipes of our own.

The Brauhaus Rosemary Tonic Water is the perfect complement to our ORIGIN IBIS. The spicy, herbal rosemary note blends beautifully with the full citrus aromas and the bold juniper base of the IBIS – a match that makes both sides stronger.

Of course, our rosemary tonic also tastes great on its own or with other spirits.
