Plob is our unfiltered beer brewed in traditional brewmaster style – a true piece of Woinemer brewing tradition in a glass. Aromatically hopped, pleasantly mild and wonderfully well-rounded in taste. A beer that doesn’t need a big show and convinces precisely because of that.

The first impression: lightly malty, gently hoppy and wonderfully harmonious. The traditional aroma variety Hersbrucker Spät provides a subtle, unobtrusive hop note that plays perfectly with the malt base.

The high proportion of Pilsner malt gives Plob its bright, rich color, while Munich and caramel malts provide depth, shine and a pleasantly soft malt note. Fermentation is traditionally cold and bottom-fermented – with a calm, two-week primary fermentation that gives Plob its well-rounded, balanced character.
